We want operator wise statement and low balance alerts, operator wise when less then Rs.1000 alert sms reach the owner

Give me the reply of low balance of operator you can make it in parsing. or make it in regular expression. so reply the operator reply for low balance

I have a lot of requirements for easily operating this software and to easy our business.

1. Set a operator wise low balance reminder when it comes to 1000/5000/10000 by which we have no problem of sell out
2. In their some operator have some recharge amount which have not, So if we set that amount before it come to transaction we have less problem. (For ex- BSNL stops Rs. 14 and changes to Rs. 17, so most of customers recharges 14 but it goes to operator, and when reply comes then fails)
3. Now SMS cost is very high, so if possible for setting of only successful message not goes to customer and others goes, we less our sms expense or it should be set by a response which it block/goes to customer.
4. there is a setting in Seetings-Reply format that when we set a admin fee and tick on free SMS it deducted/charged only who sents via SMS. but it will be for all recharges (Via Gtalk, Facebook, YM....). by which we collect some joining fee or other charges by that

1. Noted will be appeal to the development.
2. this i think can't be chhange. because this consist the requirement of end user.
3. Your service will become not as described at the end the reseller will keep sending sms because there is no respond for something. if you are a reseller it just make agitated, but on your side as server you will be busy for just answering the phone.
