Unable to register downline fix

In version 3.4.3, downline registration will fail when using a same grup and zero/empty markup. Though DaftarSesamaLevel setting has been filled with 1. This failure is usually accompanied by the message "Invalid Markup".

This is not a bug but is designed so to avoid typos when member registers downline.

To overcome this, the Default Markup on Group table must be filled with a number greater than 0 (zero).

Since the number of complaints on the issue, the next version will be designed to allow the registration with a same group and 0 (zero) markup.
