Hi..
Need to know how to set the following condition in Otomax.. where in the server owner is processing the POST PAID Bill Payment Manually by Himself....
The Situation is like this :-
where in the Shopkeeper sends a SMS with the following information ---
Sample Code -- [User Number][Amount][Bill Number]
On receiving the SMS,
the server owner needs to send an SMS to the End USer that is "USER Number" with an informative sms like
"THE BILL WILL BE PROCESSED IN ANOTHER 1 Hour"
The SITUATION HERE is the SERVER OWNER is processing the bills and other requests manually.

otomax should do all thing automatically why need some manual. i don't get it

In India ... As of now the POSTPAID BILL PAYMENTS are not being processed automatically...
one needs to do it manually by logging on the website of the resp company and then process the bill
So the Server Owner Simply wants to configure the system to send an automated sms to the END USER
that the BILL PAYMENT will updated in next 2 hours ..!!

in indonesia there also some recharge via bank must by manually. but many people make the solution to automate it.
take an example. bank account checking in otomax for indonesia market. it is should be manually by human. but we made it automate.
you have the develop ability you should know what to do.
