Title: tujuan is more then 10 digit or less then 10 digits

while getting response from h2h, when tujuan is 10 digits, system is catching response properly, but when tujuan is less then 10 digit (specially - Videocon d2h) ie 8 / 9 digit...otomax unable to catch the response.

can any body guide me

you have to seeting in Administration -> provider tab

there will show the minimum phone length digit and maximal lengt digit

And look at Setting - Others, key: PanjangMinimalTujuan too.

Pls Try Input at  Setting - Others, key: PanjangMinimalTujuan Value 7

You cant. 'Tujuan' only contains numbers not alphanumaric
