Title: SMS Center Error

When insert the Sim into that port this shows.
SMSCenter Error: Index and length must refer to a location within the string.
Parameter name: length

so that sim not operated but other sim running on that port.

 if this error and continue to not want to stop ...

off sim card and plug in the mobile phone and delete all sms
if the network needs to be set to other operators
and then return to the original operator

Teman teman,

hari ini sya mengalami kasus aneh, awalnya rs mengunakan no tsel pada komplin trx kok gagal...stelah sya cek tidak ada data..singkat cerita ternyata sms tidak terkirim keterangan pending dan beberapa saat kemudian gagal, ini terjadi di center tsel 1, ahkirnya sya coba sendiri dan ternyata gagal kirim juga dan sya coba sms ke center tsel 2 berhasil masuk..langkah kedua sya coba sms ke tsel 1 pake nomer selain tsel eh.. smua masuk..intinya smua rs yg mengunakan tsell tidak bisa sms ke center tsel 1 tapi ke tsel 2 bisa masuk.

kondisi center tsel 1 dalam keadaan aktif, sender tsel 1 normal smua terikirim, bagi teman teman yg pernah ngalamin apa ya sebanya..
