Hi..

M facing the error while deleting the data.. snapshot has been attached...for clarification


please suggest the required steps to resolve the same

You Change date your problem will slove.. means if u delete data befour 11.04.14 then please change date you can 12.04.14 then clenup..

for best practice, and also to protect data consistency. I suggest you do the clean when there is no transaction at all.

also shutdown all terminal and yahoo, gtalk. so no more request from customer. that's more safer.
