The reason for the same can be numerous .. the major one can be  --- Try changing the Modem pool -- Few of the Modem Pool doesn't process recharges for Airtel : and if in past it has been working in your system -- and you have recently undergone the upgrade -- try reverting back to the same version you have been in past !!

Try opting for the above -- through in case issue still persists feel free to post

actually i feel odd, about airtel for our fellow. because there is rare complaint for airtel recharge since from information i know airtel is biggest transaction part in most otomax user in india.

since i'm not in india, please contact other otomax fellow member to helping.

there is some possibility
1. parsing not correct
2. setting of response from provider is not correct but can be fixed and tested by response tester
3. Modem faulty
