Unfortunately one of m client's SIM CARD which has been registered with Otomax has been stolen by his business partner
due to some misunderstanding among both.. and as per my knowledge the guy who bought the Otomax form us.. is a real genuine
guy who has invested his hard earned money/borrowed from bank..
Now, since his MSID is no more with him.. so his Server has stopped working... and he is requesting us for a new License..over another
MSID with a request to suspend his earlier MSID..
Please suggest a feasible solution where in a new license can be issued to him over new MSID with a suspension of earlier MSID's License ,in a way such that this client doesn't bear great losses.. like buying entirely a new license or something like that...
