If you changge id sim, you must send old sim to pak Yusuf AR and you will be active new SN after pak Yusuf AR receive your olad sim.

Problem resolve

why i need to renew my serial number again? i already renew my serial number last month.
i also change my id sim and already send my old sim to:

Yusuf AR
Jl. Raya Tengah Gg. Pelita RT 03/09 No. 96c
Kampung Tengah, Kramat Jati
Jaktim 13540

but today, i get this notice in my otomax system?

" Your Serial Number is going to be expired. Please contact your sales to get a new one. "
