Hi All,
All of sudden,(it worked all fine since past 3 months) we are facing a wiered issue where in the OtomaX server 48port goes in "NOT Responding " state all of sudden..
and after a while the tag not responding itself gets removed.. but the software gets hang.. doesn't responds neither to recharges not
to anything else...
For clarification of all - System Configuration includes 8 GB RAM which is not being consumed more than 30% in any case... and the transaction data available is of only one month .. that too only transactions.. rest other things has been deleted including - INBOX : OUTBOX etc and all....
Have tried re-installing SQL SERVER too... but still it shows application is unresponsive
Looking in for positive and an early response as server hangs anytime leading to loss of both business as well as the trust among the users...
