Videocon D2H - format issue

Hi,

I am using format

[kodeproduk][spr][tujuan][spr][qty]

this type sms format not accept by videocon D2H but format chage 

[kodeproduk][spr][qty][spr][tujuan]  this type format accept videocon d2h recharge also done why coming like this confiuse

Kindly pease clear this issues becoz am also my reseller also using like [kodeproduk][spr][tujuan][spr][qty] format now how can i change format code

Both [tujuan] and [qty] has number as the value and this can confuse the software when you not carefully change formats.

Use prefix, such as R.[kodeproduk][spr][tujuan][spr][qty] or etc,  is recommended when such case is raised.
