Double SMS Being Received on SIM Cards

Hi,

We are receiving double SMS on the SIM CARDS inserted in the OtomaX

Please suggest how to resolve the same

Under some circumtances some problem come from modem. For confirming modem fault or not, try use some 3g dongle as sms gateway. Preferable is huawei ones. If the huawei dongle not happening double sms. Then your modem have some firmware problem. If still occur need to investigate it is software problem or operator problem.

If operator problem normally its a pending sms that send on earlier. That also we experienced before

Bro..

Here what is happening is.. we are receiving multiple sms of the same type of the Server Number... as soon as we
activate the SERVER NUmber..  we receive multiple copy of the SMS which has been already processed from the server...

Like if a user is sending a code CB on the server once.. then on the server side.. when we activate the SERVER SIM CARD (the
card assigned for receiving the SMS) will receive multiple copy of the SMS with a code of CB.

Please guide us how to resolve the same.. as when we checked inserting the sim card in mobile phone.. and checked
it receives sms once only : no duplication is there but as we insert into the MODEM then we receive multiple duplicate sms
leading to slow down of OtomaX... might be it is MODEM Issue.. so please assist us about how to check and confirm the same..
so that necessary action can be undertaken !!
